Feeling a little French at Chez Moi

While walking through Montmartre I found a nice produce stand and a nice cheese shop. At the produce stand I picked up some mushrooms, butter lettuce, radishes, shallot and some of the best strawberries I’ve tasted. At the cheese shop I picked up some eggs, a ripe piece of Reblochon cheese from Savoie and a black cherry confiture that the cheese shop owner recommended to go with the cheese. Here’s tonight’s dinner menu:
Butter lettuce salad with radishes & Dijon vinaigrette
Omelet with mushrooms
Reblochon cheese with black cherry confiture
Macerated strawberries with vanilla ice cream
To drink we shared a half bottle of Sancerre.
