Ratatouille at Chez Moi

With an upcoming dinner tomorrow at L’atelier de Joel Robuchon, I decided to keep dinner fairly light today and made Ratatouille Nicoise. I also made some polenta to go with the Ratatouille. To drink I picked up a half bottle of Rose from Cotes-de-Provence. For dessert I picked up a chocolate tart from Moulin de la Vierge.
