After an hour and a half train ride, we arrived in Dijon half asleep and hungry. Our room at the hotel wasn’t ready, so we headed into Dijon’s historic district. We wanted a quick bite to eat and a coffee and Le Bar a Crepes was the first place that caught our eye. We ordered two gateau tradition (ham & cheese crepe) and two cappuccinos. The crepes were amazing. They were made with buckwheat flour and had a slightly tart flavor. The crepes were served with a small side salad that was dresses with a nice tart vinaigrette. Together with the cappuccino, this was a perfect light lunch.
