Like a kid in a candy store. Librairie Gourmande is a bookstore here in Paris that sells only cookbooks. I could have easily spent all day here and all my money. Many of the French cookbooks they sell here are next to impossible to find in the U.S. Today I left with three books “La Regalade des Champs” by Bruno Doucet, “La Patisserie des Reves” by Phillipe Conticini and “Mes Secrets de Charcutier” by Gilles Verot. I will be returning to Librairie Gourmande soon for round two.
