French milk


I picked up some milk yesterday at a local market.  This morning I tried a glass to see how it tastes.  Right away I noticed that this milk had a completely different flavor than what we drink back home.  There’s a much more pronounced flavor, almost goat’s milk-like.  Upon reading the back of the bottle I realized that this milk is not pastuerized, but instead is micro filtered, leaving the raw milk flavor intact.  Definately interesting, but I can’t say I prefer it to the milk back home.
